Revisiting this calculation I made based on federal budget data. "Losses" in this chart are killed and severely wounded soldiers (not active anymore in Ukraine). This data is also in line with the numbers in the new leak.

I tested the Rosstat dataset with death certificate numbers and record numbers that were published in the context of Russian court decisions (independent from the Rosstat leak), and the precise records are showing up in the database.
