The astonishing thing about the federal tax code is how amenable it is to being gamed by anyone in Congress. It is constantly manipulated because it can be and is adventageous to office holders. Nothing will be harder to replace or rein in. Not enough to tinker.

I was investing in 2000 (43 yo managing a $200m venture fund). I was investing in 2008 (51 yo managing a private hedge fund). I was investing in 2020 (63 yo managing a mining stock fund). Each represented the bursting of a bubble. Thursday, November 5, 2026 was deja vu for me. I have seen this movie three times. Party is over. Consequences of ZIRP, and free money driven "Everything Bubble" are coming home. Persistent inflation is the pin. Stock bulls better rethink their buy the dip strategy IMO. It's a long way down.

The newly launched "Trump Accounts" (codified under the Working Families Tax Cuts) and proposals surrounding an American Sovereign Wealth Fund provide a structural blueprint for a state-backed corporate bailout and forced wealth nationalisation:

MAGA has as much future continuity as Ct governor Lowell Weicker's party - ACP which disintegrated after he termed out and passed the baton. More likely is bifurcation IMO of Republicans into camps including a new one perhaps. The big tent folds and the caravan moves on.
Notice who's missing on this list? Hint: He's never kissed the wall.

Tucker newsletter got this right. The comment section is the modern-day peanut gallery. People with low aptitude rant without much overall context.

This is former USN Admiral Eileen Laubacher, I say former because in his purge of senior military ( mostly female) Hegseth fired her. Yesterday she beat Lauren Boebert in the election and is now in the congress. She will be on the select committee to interrogate him

The saddest website in America is also the best list of $6,000 paychecks I've ever seen Right now there is a bakery owner in Ohio on gofundme. com begging strangers for $60,000 to replace his commercial ovens He put his face on that page three weeks ago and raised $340 from his aunt and two neighbors Most people scroll past him and feel bad for two seconds You call his shop, get him approved for $60,000 in 0% intro APR business credit cards through a business banker so he can take the page down, and collect a $6,000 consulting fee after the money lands By the time a roofer, auto shop owner, or restaurant owner puts a crowdfunding page up in public, he has already handed you his full name, his business name, his city, and the exact dollar amount he needs Most of these owners actually have solid personal credit, they just walked into their local bank branch asking for a small business loan, got told to wait six weeks with three years of tax returns, and panicked 1. Open gofundme. com and search `"save our shop"`, `"keep our doors open"`, or `"small business"` plus any mid-sized city like Tampa, Columbus, or Phoenix (skip personal tragedies and medical bills, only look at operating businesses asking for $30k to $100k for equipment or expansion) 2. Filter for pages stuck under 25% of their goal after two weeks, then check Google Maps to confirm the shop is still open with good reviews 3. Call the shop or message the owner directly and say: "Hey [Name], saw your GoFundMe for the shop and glad you guys are still fighting. Quick question, did you put that up because the bank gave you the runaround on a loan, or have you looked at 0% business credit lines yet? I help local owners get $50k to $120k at 0% interest for 12 to 18 months and you only pay me if it gets approved" 4. Hop on a 10-minute call and check five numbers on his credit report before you touch the file: a 700+ personal credit score, $10k+ in existing personal card limits, under 30% utilization, under 5 new cards opened in the last 24 months, and zero recent late payments If he has a 540 score and a dying business with no way to pay the money back, walk away and wish him luck. Tell every client plainly upfront that these cards carry a personal guarantee and he needs a clear plan to pay the balance off before the 0% period ends 5. Have him sign a one-page consulting agreement for a 10% fee paid only after approvals land (check your state's fee rules first so your paperwork is clean). You never lend your own money and never hold client funds. My very first client Trent got approved for $60k at Chase and happily paid me a $6,000 fee the week it cleared 6. Why doesn't the bakery owner just fill out the online card form himself? Because when a newer LLC applies cold on a bank website, the computer usually spits out a tiny $3k to $5k limit. He pays you 10% because you tell him which personal balances to pay down first, fill out the application with his true business numbers and what his business actually does, and submit through business bankers at several banks in the right order One owner approved for $70k pays you $7,000. Help two owners a month and that's $14,000 from your laptop with zero inventory I'm running a free live training this Wednesday at 7pm ET showing how to run this whole business: - Why business funding beats Amazon, Airbnb, and day trading in 2026 - The $5,000+ yes and why owners happily pay you 10% - Getting CPAs and referral partners to send you qualified owners - Using overseas VAs to run the paperwork in 5 to 10 hours a week DM me "GOFUND" and I'll send you the live training link

Very French. Got a free Samsung notebook as part of our phone plan while in France. However it does not work in US as it goes thru the Samsung account and requires 2 factor authentication on our old now gone French phone number. Can't even do factory reset without permission.🗼
