According to the beliefs attributed to the Qur’ani Zalla movement, the Prophet ﷺ had no authority to explain or elaborate on anything in the religion of Islam. He was merely a messenger who received a book, delivered it, put it down, and left without saying anything further or explaining its contents—as though he had been sent as a mute messenger.
Despite the Prophet ﷺ having companions, followers, and family members, this ideology effectively reduces his role to that of a mere courier who delivered a message but had no role in explaining its meaning. Instead, he (Massussuka) assumes the authority to interpret and explain the very message the Prophet ﷺ was sent to convey.
Wallahi, anyone who reflects on this claim with sound reasoning and a sincere desire to understand Islam would recognise how deeply problematic and contradictory it is.
