Going forward, our focus as Rise In is helping our ecosystem projects reach more users making bigger onchain impact.
The best examples are on @StellarOrg.
More projects, more real world impact will follow!
The best projects @BuildOnStellar, and @Gaian_hq is proof of it:
- Live in 6 countries, including Vietnam and the Philippines
- $200K+ processed with zero marketing
- One API for wallets, remittance apps, exchanges, and fintechs
Gaian turns stablecoins into local money. Users scan any local QR and pay in USDC; the merchant is paid out in local currency through local banks, settled on Stellar in under 2 seconds.
At Rise In, our work with ecosystems doesn't end at the numbers or the grant. We keep following teams as they ship, enter new markets, and grow.
Every week, our Project Spotlight will feature builders from a different country, and Gaian, one of the key projects in the @StellarOrg ecosystem, is the first.

Believe in your own social capital enough that you don’t have to chase what’s cool.
Everything you do is cool because you did it.
Gm!!
the crypto industry is at a very different stage now than it was a few years ago.
we’re past the phase where simply getting developers to explore web3 was the goal. teams have learned a lot, ecosystems have matured and there’s a much clearer sense of what works and what doesn’t.

Here’s what Stellar Journey to Mastery actually looked like from the inside, month by month.
the boring routine you keep wanting to escape might be the exact thing your mind and body need.
sleep well
eat well
move your body
repeat.
not every day needs to be exciting. sometimes, consistency is the glowup!
who’s building the interesting stuff in India right now?
especially founders using blockchain in ways that actually make sense - new products, onchain use cases, Web3 adoption, whatever’s next.
if that’s you, or someone i should know, send them my way.
