I gather @duolingo listens. I hope so because I'm going to make a very important point: amount of time on app DOES NOT equal user satisfaction.
There are many reasons why someone would spend longer on your app and be very dissatisfied. Please reassess your KPIs. #duolingoupdate
For the first time since I knew the #duolingoupdate was inevitable I've not forced myself to do a lesson. I have a strange sense of freedom. @duolingo it would be wonderful to have the tree back, but for now I'm making my own path... without you.

I can't stand the idea of using the @duolingo pathway for another day. I don't care about my streak, or anything else - I'm uninstalling the app and going else where. @Duo_is_sad - and I am sad. Be interesting to read reports on the future about this gamble they've taken.
When I realised the #duolingoupdate was coming and there was nothing I could do I lost motivation. I'd been really engaged before. I am doing a tiny bit each day still even though I still have the tree, but I'm scared to do too much in case it's all for absolutely nothing.
Never really gave a thought to James Corden's character but I did used to know the guy who was (apparently) his best mate at school (was told this WAY before JC was famous). The friend seemed a genuinely nice chap... But all his mates were total bellends.

I have a joint flexaccount with my partner. If I switch my solo account from a different bank to a solo account with you, can I get the benefits you're offering? Or does my joint account disqualify me? Thank you 馃グ
If you are annoyed at the changes @duolingo is bringing in... I suggest:
- Update your review and stars to show your dissatisfaction
- Cancel any subscription you have with them
- Move platform
It's only about the money to them - hit them where it hurts.

Moons ago my spouse wanted to buy an inexpensive house that we could pay off quick and be mortgage free. I wanted something nicer. We went with their plan. Today I am more grateful that we did this than I can express!

Got taken to the @LEGO_Group shop yesterday by th'usband as a pick me up. Filled a small tib from the PAB wall. Made a little secret garden vignette with some of my haul. So much joy-inducing-therapy in one tub.
