Arm health and elbow care isn’t about what you do today.
It’s about what your arm has been through this week, this month, this season, and this year.

Pitching 101
Fatigue Changes Everything…
⚫️Muscles begin to fatigue
⚫️Mechanics begin to change
⚫️Stabilizers begin to breakdown
⚫️More stress can reach the elbow
The problem isn’t always 1 throw.
It’s what happens when your body can no longer handle the same workload the same way.
Train for DURABILITY!!! Not just velocity.
Baseball’s Biggest Lie???
“Arm pain and soreness is just part of being a pitcher.”
Arm soreness doesn't’t always mean injury.
Constantly ignoring elbow pain isn’t toughness either.
There is a difference between:
☑️Training Stress
❌Warning Signs
ATHLETES shouldn’t be conditioned to believe that elbow pain is simply the price of competing.
📈 THE NUMBERS DON’T LIE 📈
Researchers followed 481 youth pitchers for 10 years.
About 5% suffered a serious throwing injury, elbow or shoulder surgery, or retirement because of injury.
Youth arm care can have consequences that last that don’t show up until years down the line.

Youth Pitchers💪⚾
One team tracks 70 pitches.
The second tracks 40.
The showcase tracks neither.
The athlete’s elbow still feels all 110.
Workload does not reset when the uniform changes.
Track every pitch and manage your workload.
Exposure is never worth an injury, especially an avoidable.
Pitching 101
The most dangerous pitch may be the one thrown while fatigued.
Youth pitchers who often threw with arm fatigue had 7.88x greater odds of injury.
Arm pain raised the odds 7.5x.
Fatigue is information.
Stop. Recover. Protect the elbow.

⚠️ Elbow Epidemic ⚠️
Tommy John this is not the end of the world I
It can mean a loss of scholarships, NIL money, or even millions off professional contracts.
The rate of players having Tommy John surgery today is higher than ever.
Choose to protect your elbow with the Elbow Enforcer.
Save America's game.
A Tommy John Story
Jacob DeGrom underwent Tommy John surgery in rookie ball in 2010 and spent nearly two years fighting his way back to finally return in 2012. In 2014, he became the NL Rookie of the Year and helped lead the Mets to the 2015 World Series.
He then made history as the first starting pitcher to win a Cy Young after Tommy John surgery, winning back-to-back awards in 2018 and 2019.
In DeGrom's first season with the Texas Rangers, he tore his UCL again and underwent his second Tommy John procedure in June 2023. After 500+ days away from the MLB mound, he returned in September 2024 and became an All-Star again at age 37 in 2015.
DeGrom's comeback story is incredible, but not all pitchers return at the same level. Protecting the elbow before surgery becomes the only way forward.

The Elbow Enforcer builds strength where it counts.💪⚾️
The Elbow Enforcer builds forearm strength that protects the UCL from tear.
Pitchers saw up to 200% increases in individual finger strength after using The Elbow Enforcer to strengthen the FDS.
This increase in strength translates to improved velocity, better spin rate, and reduced injury risk through elbow stabilization.
Here’s what I learned from 20+ years in pro ball:
1. Recovery is not the only key
2. Your arm care routine is outdated (and probably sucks)
3. You’re accelerating injury risk if you are doing what the pros do
4. Your long toss is hurting your accuracy and wearing out your elbow before you compete
5. The key to pitching health is preparation
Follow if you’re a pitcher who wants to stay healthy 🔥
⚠️ Elbow Epidemic ⚠️
How many careers have to end before we stop calling Tommy John bad luck?
35% of active MLB pitchers have had the surgery. 1 in 5 never return to the same level. And it's now happening to youth players at record rates.
It’s time to stop pretending like this is bad luck. It’s a preventable problem with a predictable cause. Nobody has been training the muscles that stop it.
