🚨💣 BREAKING: José Mourinho has decided to COPY PSG's plan of giving their stars mid-season REST.
Luis Enrique often rests his stars in the early-middle part of the season, so that they arrive to the late part of the season in TOP SHAPE, and not tired or injured.
José is now implementing a workload and rest management plan: it's not just rotations during matches, it also includes days off and special measures to allow some players to disconnect, recover, and rest mentally.
Arda Guler and Aurélien Tchouaméni were the first players to benefit from this plan against AEK, and it will now be repeated on other players. @marca
