Oh @ATGTICKETS absolutely not. It feels like half the industry is working it’s socks off to make theatre accessible and the other half’s like “nahhhh, you’re alright”
Shabby & dishonest @British_Airways
-BA cancel Mon 11:05AM flight
-BA offer flight next day at 11:55am, over 24hrs later
-new flight 2.5hrs delayed
-new flight already overcrowded so BA decide, that morning, to bump me onto later evening flight…
… but not tell me until I get to the gate.
@British_Airways staff on the ground have no idea what’s going on & can provide no information, utterly useless. Can’t get through to customer services.
What service am I paying for her @British_Airways? A shabby & dishonest one…
30hrs later I’m still not home, still at the airport & still can’t get any sense from @British_Airways. I’ve missed work, I’ve missed medical appointments & I’m very tired!
