Too many vertical lines in the US track athlete strip. I hope none of the athletes experience visually induced migraines.Migraineurs look away 😱
Gutted about Michael Mosley. An important voice extinguished. I’ll continue to use his clips in my teaching in his honour and as his legacy. My condolences to his family at this unfathomabe time.

Nipped to see my Mum for Mother’s Day (hugs matter). I was perusing her rather impressive collection of @MillsandBoon novels. And LO! Here is MY book in the middle. In bubble wrap (testament to my upbringing I must say), but wondering how I fit with my bookcase-fellows!
The English version of Splitting is joined by its Spanish translation today. With the Korean and Russian versions already out, seems there is a lot more than unites than divides us. We all feel pain.

Just watched a 65 year old man stand up to pull his undies out of his butt crack at an airport. You can’t buy this kind of entertainment. Well you can, but I do not frequent such places #NoJudgement
Yesterday: best spontaneous quote I’ve ever given @BBCRadioScot @kayeadams about sleep. “What you do today informs the quality of your tomorrows”.
Today: melted the plastic grease-catcher IN the Forman grill AND a plastic cutting board. I am officially #Banjaxed
fell down the stairs in the dark, missed the 7cm gap inbetween things left on the stairs to bring up that never are. Heard “are you ok?” from the top. I’ve just been a human pinball now lying in a heap at the front door with my right leg wrapped around my neck. DO I LOOK OK?
I don’t think it’s unreasonable for someone from rural Wiltshire to assume that ScrewFix is an erectile dysfunction clinic just cos I said my friend’s dad went to get his nuts sorted there.
After a difficult day caused by a misinterpretation and a life threatening potential change to medication, I have decided I am THAT woman who gives their entire medical history to the assistant in Boots. 😞#ICantLaughAboutItYet
Aw fricking hell. It’s Thursday and my face recognition software doesn’t know it’s me. Usually a Friday insult. Is it me???? (Think I know the answer but feel free to weigh in if this has happened to you…)
