Super excited to be involved in this - icuwaveform.grok.me it’s very excellent and now covers EM and PHEM. As well as my other two favourite topics ICU and POCUS! Check it out send us feedback so it can continued to develop 💪🤛
📡 Butterfly iQ3 carts are now live in Peterborough City Hospital ED, putting POCUS where it's needed.
Great to spend time with Ben Thal + Jonny Wilkinson talking all things POCUS, including the upcoming POCUSphere. 👀

Walking around a new local town centre nice to see the local air ambulance is well supported !! @GNairambulance so important for communities! Most exciting there is a castle !!!
I have had an amazing time at the NHS Confed conference. It’s fascinating to speak with people and understand the challenges they face in implementing equipment and processes.
I keep coming back to the fact that POCUS improvement requires a change in culture.
Really great to listen to some amazing talks at #BCS2026 and thank you for the privilege of speaking @Magpas_Charity @NWAngliaFT learning from other specialties is so valuable ! @EssexCTC

Better intra-arrest physiological understanding +/- standardised terminology are desperately needed
@ehaatClinical working hard to describe more precisely underpinning physiology. More precise pathophysiology = better/targeted interventions

We were delighted to welcome a team from North West Air Ambulance to The ATACC Group Headquarters today for an ATACC SPEAR (Specialised Endovascular Advanced Resuscitation) course 🚁
SPEAR pushes clinicians to the cutting edge of resuscitation - focusing on physiologically targeted, individualised care to maximise the chances of ROSC and survival.
This highly practical course immerses participants in advanced simulation, leadership, and team-based decision making. It covers:
• Endovascular monitoring and therapies in cardiac arrest
• Mechanical CPR, defibrillation, and advanced ventilation
• The latest equipment and techniques
• An introduction to ECPR
We have limited spaces remaining on our upcoming SPEAR course (20th–22nd April 2026).
