The scenes and chanting outside the Opera House last night are abhorrent. At a time when there should be solidarity with our Jewish community, they have been subject to appalling abuse.
I am seeking an urgent explanation of how this was allowed to happen. – at Sydney, New South Wales

I've been copping a little flack over my stance on this war. But my opinion remains unchanged. You can't kidnap women & girls. Break their arms & legs so they can't escape. Torture & gang rape them. Parade them on media. Then declare: "But we are the good guys."

What a disgrace. Police warn the Jewish community it is not safe for them to witness the Opera House lighting tonight because of fears Palestinian protesters may be a threat. People bringing their hatred to this country is totally unacceptable. Their parents came here because we are a tolerant, safe country. Their children are now bringing hate to Australia, terrifying its citizens & insulting us in a reprehensible way.

Thousands of Australians are at vigils across the country to rally for change following the death of teenager Cassius Turvey.
We ask Prime Minister @AlboMP if Australia has a problem with racism.
A beautiful coming together over a terrible tragedy. Let’s get some change so this stops happening.

In Sydney, the intersection of city and nature is magic. But there are greater rewards beyond the obvious. Here's an itinerary full of food, culture and of course, dips in ocean pools.
