Noel Meade on The Mourne Rambler and how his career over hurdles could start 🗣️ "The Mourne Rambler is great. He's back in and we actually schooled him the other day and he was very, very good. "I was delighted with the way he jumped because he wasn't foot-perfect when he came to us last season after his point-to-point. He has obviously grown up a lot and I was thrilled with him the other day. He took to it really well and that bodes well for the season ahead. "I suppose we'll get him out in a maiden hurdle some time in October or early November. I'd like to run him at Navan, Fairyhouse, Naas or Punchestown. Somewhere like that, with a view to having one run before the Royal Bond at Fairyhouse. "We were toying with the idea of running him on the Flat over the summer but we decided against it in the end. He can always go back down that route if things don't work out over hurdles."
