We have implemented a new Insights tab in Flow.
A new Insights tab now shows you the time you've saved, how much resistance you've felt before starting a session, what your intentions tend to be, and how all of that shifts over weeks. It's not just a dashboard for the sake of having one. It's meant to show you, in your own data, whether Flow is actually changing anything, because if it isn't, we want to know that too.

We have implemented a new Vacation Mode feature in Flow.
Sometimes you don't want to fight the urge at all, you just want a break from the system. Vacation Mode, tucked into Settings, pauses every app block you've set up. Your blocked apps and preferences stay exactly as they were. Flip it off whenever you're ready and everything picks back up.

We have implemented a new Dynamic Island Timer and Live Activity card in Flow.
If you're on a supported iPhone, you'll now see a countdown right in the Dynamic Island while a session is running. No need to open the app to check how much time is left.

We have implemented a new Streak feature in Flow.
There's a new card on the home screen that counts your consecutive days of completing a mindful intervention. It's a small thing. But streaks work: they're one of the few mechanics that actually help a habit stick instead of fading out after a week. Keep it going and watch the number grow.

Today, we have tackled a challenge we couldn't 6 months ago with @claudeai s Opus 5, IN JUST ONE SHOT. I have been using Sonnet 4.6 to be cost efficient in Cursor but now I got a taste of Opus 5.
It's crazy how quickly things changed in such a small time period. Stay tuned for the next update of Flow.

Built with Next.js, TypeScript, and visx, it transcribes published diagrams into a searchable dataset, pairs each scale with a choropleth and beeswarm, and generates relative-position notes plus a country-profile chart. An optional self-assessment form stores anonymous 0–10 scores in Supabase so the dataset can grow beyond the book.
Milestones:
- Digitised eight Culture Map scales and two quadrants into a country-level dataset
- Built interactive visx maps and scatter charts with linked hover and per-scale colour
- Shipped a Culture Guide that compares your nationality with teammates and plots a combined profile
- Added an anonymous self-assessment form with insert-only storage in a backend database
