he turned as he saw how broken she sounded, he raised an eyebrow and slowly stood up. “what’s happened?” he knew something bad must have happened for her to be in this sort of state.

he heard the sound of her tardis materialising before he heard her and rolled his eyes as he heard her crying. “calm down dear, it only had a population of a few thousands. no one particularly important died anyways.”

he sat on the smouldered grass of a planet, he focused on the screams of the civilians that inhabited the planet and watched them. they were pathetic, with their fears, their love, their emotions. they deserved to burn and he took comfort in the flames he created.

he raised an eyebrow, he didn’t understand what he did wrong but rolled his eyes. “fine.” he stepped back and walked away from her back to his tardis. “until next time dear!” he turned around at the last minute and did a sarcastic salute that he knew she would hate.

he smirked softly as he rested his forehead against hers, stroking gallifreyan onto her waist with his thumbs. “mm, i know.” he muttered. “you always did when we were younger and in the vault, you always came down to dance with me when you were bored.”

he wrapped both arms around her waist now, looking deeply into her eyes to gage her reactions. “so what if i am? you’re under no immediate threat, you’re free to leave when you wish.” he started to sway them with a slight smirk, he knew she wouldn’t leave yet.

he tilted his head with a smaller smirk this time that was nearer a smile but he refused to believe it himself. “dance?” he raised an eyebrow at her slightly, she knew it was his favourite thing to do. “please?”

he only laughed harder at her frustration and embarrassment. “i’m only teasing dear.” he pretended to speak in an apologetic tone but it was obvious he wasn’t sorry at all. he stood up and walked after her, grabbing her wrist to stop her and turned her to look at him.

he laughed so hardly and fell on his back with the force of his laughter, wiping a tear from his eye after a little while. “dear, you can pretend to be the innocent little virgin all you want to your apes but i know you...” he looked down at her body. “rather intimately.”

he watched her with a satisfied smirk, this regeneration may just be his favourite if she keeps blushing like that. “don’t be a prude dear.” he smirked more as he kissed his tea and brushed the crumbs from his jacket. “after all, you’re used to more…adult activities.”
