This is the third single from a record we're putting out later this year. When Logan and I were living together, he was on his 500th watch through of Seinfeld when we wrote it, decided to refer to the song as 'little cable boy' (see: S2E10) and it stuck.

I love this show, and I’ve found some of my favorite music on these playlists over the last few years. Thank you so, so much DJ Matt @kdhx 😍

Melody stacked on top of melody. Simple soaring harmonies. The American Midwest’s answer to The Clientele. Can’t wait for the LP, @zachbiri and @enemyairship! open.spotify.com/album/7Csn7…
Friday at midnight (I think?), the second single from our new record goes up on every platform I could name! Here's a clippppppppppp
the next single from our record comes out April 15th.
it's about dealing with panic attacks.
it's about wanting to turn into a statue, or maybe wanting to find a leaf that turns you into a raccoon and lets you fly away.

This is Magnetic Light. It's one of 8 songs on an album we're hoping to release in 2022, and it's the first recording we've put out in 6 years.
It's "pay what you want", but anything you can contribute will go towards putting the album out physically.

We recorded, mixed, and mastered it in my (@zachbiri) house here in St. Louis, and Logan and my house in Columbia. @lizohopkins did the cover design and photography.

Thanks for listening.

On Friday, we’re going to release our first recording in six(!) years. It’s a song called Magnetic Light, it’s 1/8th of a full album, and in a month we’re planning on releasing another song from it.
