You may never receive what you were assigned at the time of purchase. They'll offer you some uninteresting replacements and drag their feet to refund you if they cannot offer something that you consider acceptable.
@united just showing AGAIN how much respect they have for their customers... Over 7 hours of delay but keeping passengers on standby at the airport and now just cancel the flight.
And by the way, during all this time waiting passengers were not offered anything. Not even water!
Wow! Not satisfied in keeping passengers waiting since early in the morning just changing the departure time with no basis to provide the new time, now the flight is canceled.

Now the story from the @united representative is that the aircraft has not even left its origin yet so how will it depart at 2:05pm? The answer is simple, it will not happen.
And now there is not a single @united representative at the podium to provide any type of information anymore. Great support, isn't it?
It is the 12th time the planned departure time is changed... Started with 8:45am, then 9:45, 10am, 10:15, 10:35, 11:05, 11:35, 12:05, 12:35, 1:05pm, 1:45 and now 2:05pm. How many more times?!
