My wife’s flight was delayed 4 hours last night. She missed the connection and caught a flight today. The pilot said the delay was due to a corrected mechanical issue and there wasn’t anyone to bring the plane to the gate. Shouldn’t there be some comp?? #AmericanAirlines

FedEx needs to re-evaluate their commitment to customer service. They have none. Awful experience with their delivery, pick up center and phone bank. Made it clear they just do not care. #FedEx

American made a mistake in booking a ticket for@my family. Sent an email requesting I call them charged me $30 to correct the error. I questioned it and they indicated they would issue a refund. Upon follow up they decided to not honor their comitment. @AmericanAir

American Airlines is awful. I had to cancel flights and while they cancelled them too would only give me a credit. I had to call to have the credit applied. After 1 hour on hold they hung up on me. After 2 more hours someone was able to assist which took 30 minutes. @AmericanAir
