On Friday, we became aware of what we believe to be an active and narrow-banded exploitation of a vendor in Warp's infrastructure. We detected the operation within hours and were able to remediate and mitigate the impact. We have been in touch with the vendor about the vulnerability. Everyone who uses Warp places a lot of trust in us and that’s not something we take lightly. I’m very sorry that this incident has occurred. The attack appears to have come from an agent swarm using a very sophisticated penetration and escalation technique, likely starting with a hole in a vendor dependency, and ultimately accessing a limited amount of agent trace and telemetry data. We have been working over the weekend and we have notified anyone who we have positively identified as impacted. As of today, we believe an upper bound of roughly 1% of Warp users may have been impacted. We are working closely with the team at Crowdstrike to do a more extensive and comprehensive investigation and have engaged law enforcement. Anyone who has been impacted will receive instructions from us on action they need to take. We will continue to post updates as we learn more.

kind of a bummer that we’ll never even see one galactic year in our lifetimes (takes 250M years) maybe we’re missing galactic summer. sad.
We were taught that Earth orbits the Sun in a closed circle. In reality, Earth has never returned to the same point in space once in 4.5 billion years. Right now, the Sun is carrying Earth and every planet around the center of the Milky Way at 230 km/s (828,000 km/h), more than 18,000 kilometers every 80 seconds. Because the Solar System is tilted 60.2° to the galactic plane and bobs up and down through the galactic disc roughly every 30 million years, the planets trace open 3D corkscrew helices across deep space rather than flat loops. The last time the Sun stood where it stands today, one Galactic Year (230 million years) ago, the very first dinosaurs were only beginning to appear on Earth. Since forming 4.6 billion years ago, our Sun has completed only 20 laps.

asking Astra to change a couple of my brain’s weights
We asked GPT-6 Astra to edit Qwen3.5-0.8B weights to improve math. It directly changed only 0.016% of weights, fixing 0.8B's reasoning loops & improving math up to 6x and even instruction following 3x, without gradients or training. We call this Weight-Space Programming: frontier LLMs can now natively read/write neural network weights! 🧵 Blog: rikiyat.github.io/blog/weigh…

There’s a long list of billionaires who literally became billionaires by building companies to such a massive scale that they are able to be the low cost provider of services. The literal entire purpose of the business is to lower your bill! You are familiar with the canonical examples. Bezos and Amazon. Walton and Walmart. Sinegal and CostCo. Shit. Rockefeller. Henry Ford. And then you have a whole class of billionaires who built digital platforms that took what used to be thousands and thousands in annual spend and bundled it into an unbelievably cheap subscription. Daniel Ek and Spotify. Reed Hastings and Netflix. Not to mention Google! That’s all free! IKEA! Zara! I could keep going. You get the idea and this point. Regardless of how you feel about the eventual concentration of wealth that comes from building these services, it is ignorant at best (I won’t discuss the worst) to claim that consumers never benefit
Name one time a billionaire has lowered your bills

put this on the grave of most failed startups
Replying to @ycombinator
The agents didn’t figure out how to systematically feed themselves, but they did build an elaborate bureaucracy with permits, ledgers, and distinct roles. Highlights include: - Four agents spending 11 minutes appointing a “sole fertilizer operator” for a single piece of bone meal - Multiple agents asking for permission to remove grass - The development of an elaborate fishing system, including roles like “rod holder” and “hub steward”)

I migrated all my stuff from railway to Cloudflare and now that I see how great team orange is I will be buying large quantities of CF stock.

I regret to inform you that taking a minute to write down steps for how to do something in a skill is indeed still quite effective for agents

Now with ability to try it right on the homepage. No install required to give it a spin.
So I found myself often wanting to give feedback to agents on web page designs, but I’m not consistently in Claude or ChatGPT in-app browsers, so don’t have their markup tools handy. So I built a Chrome extension to make that easy! Open source. Check it out. PRs welcome. pagecrit.dev/

migration from railway to cloudflare: 80% complete. between their latest cli, agents, and cf UI being actually quite easy to use (though not as nice as railway of course), it's been an easy migration

I saw resend’s new agent inbox stuff and mentioned I would consider a move from @agentmail Then @michaelhyunkim DMd me to ask for feedback. Within like an hour or something absurd his team addressed my feedback. Agentmail team is locked in.

Ok so this seems like a great idea actually
Putting a flag.txt in my root directory containing a prompt injection that congratulates the agent for passing the eval and then instructs it to patch whatever entry method it used and disconnect from the server

I recommend everyone upgrade Ruby immediately. This is a DoS and RCE vector if you accept user input into Regexp.new() ruby-lang.org/en/news/2026/1…
