never really made a formal announcement when i left PHNX because, truthfully, i couldn’t find the words. with the mercury’s season officially over, i think i finally have some.
thank you to everyone who watched, listened, interacted, argued hoops with me or supported the show for the last two and a half years. getting to talk hoops as a job, and especially getting to cover the Mercury, was genuinely one of the greatest joys i’ve ever experienced. i got to do things, meet people and make memories that i never thought would be possible.
walking away from the pod was the right decision for me, but that didn’t make saying goodbye to this part of my life any easier. i’ll always be incredibly grateful for what it gave me and for everyone who came along for the ride.
this isn’t me saying goodbye to basketball. (erika returns in avengers: doomsday) (i don’t know when that is, but i will be back) 💜
honestly smaller than i anticipated (that’s what she said)
maybe my xbox won’t explode when i download it after all 🙂

Perception vs. reality
The Indiana Fever's pursuit of a WNBA title hinges on the franchise's ability to confront where those two things converge and the environment created as a result.
