Doug Ford’s OSAP scandal has up to $1 billion in question, and he still won’t call in the Auditor General. So much for the most transparent government in Ontario’s history. #onpoli @JohnFraserOS

Dr. Hicks recorded this in clinic last night. Evenings, weekends, whatever it takes. The Ontario government calls that a red flag. Doctors are being warned for too many days worked and too many patients seen. #onpoli

Shame on the Ontario Ministry of Health. If they messed up such an obvious idiotic decision you have to wonder about the management of additional consequential issues like hallway medicine and ER overcrowding - which right now is awful pre-flu season. cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/m…

Look at Stephen Lecce & Vic Fedeli's reaction after Paul Calandra eviscerated school trustees in Question Period as Lecce cut $6.3B leaving 20,000 Ontario students unable to attend school because of a lack of special education supports & grew school repair backlog to $17B.
Watch. Every single year under Ford gov education funding went down.⬇️ Stephen Lecce underfunded education by $6.3 Billion, 20,000 Ontario students couldn’t attend school because of a lack of special education supports @OntAutism & grew the school repair backlog to $17 Billion.

The finance minister decided to interrupt my interview, so I challenged him on his billionaire’s budget. We won't make life affordable by giving more handouts to the 1%. It's time to tax the rich so we can all share in the wealth of this country. Add your name: ndp.ca/take-action/wealth-ta…

The medical experts said yes… the government said no… and Robin got kicked out for asking why. Cancer patients deserve a fighting chance. Give Sabrina her treatment. #onpoli
Ford’s government denied a 31-year-old cancer patient her treatment after the experts said YES. Dr. Robin Lennox called it out and got kicked out of the legislature for it. Sabrina deserves a chance at life.

Avi Lewis: "There's about $4b over 10 years for renewable energy. That is a speck of dust on the page compared to the price of one pipeline, which we are on the hook for, which will be $50 - 80 billion. It's irresponsible."

The negligence that occurred and resulted in the deaths of ≈4500 residents (≈3300 in private LTC) was Doug Ford's. The buck stops with him and in a truly just society he would be in prison because of it...

We need an independent investigation of Doug Ford. We need a complete audit of the province’s coffers and where he’s been spending or is giving it to. We need all deals he made reviewed to see who has benefitted from them and how, we know nothing he has done has benefitted us.

The people who insisted that Bradford wouldn't privatize Toronto's water are now behind Ford's plan to privatize Toronto's hydro. Excellent reporting by @mahdishabibinia and @MarcoOved

The biggest challenge to Canada is not what is going on in the USA, it is what is going on in our provincial governments. Federal Liberals are going gangbusters to build Canada while Ford, Smith and what's-his-name in Quebec are abusing Federal Funds to pursue their own agenda's.
TD banker Bethlevany applauds corporate tax cuts. Although individuals will have to pay more. Ontario continues to “underscore” the needs of the people of Ontario on: 1) Healthcare 2) Education 3) Housing In favour of: 1) a luxury spa 2) planes/helicopters 3) Ferris wheels 4) highways

We'll need strict oversight of the Premiers or this money will disappear like the missing Covid cash Doug Ford already stole.
In Budget 2026, we’re laying out a path to end homelessness within the next decade — backed by nearly $30 billion to bring help, housing, and health care together. Because in Canada, we take care of each other.

Mind if I talk trash for a second? Ontario is running out of landfill space, and Ford’s answer is to burn more garbage, turning trash into toxic air. Burning trash creates more climate pollution than burning fossil gas. We’ve been telling Ford the solutions for years: reducing waste, deposit return, legalizing the right to repair and a stronger recycling system.

BREAKING: $618,000 in taxpayer dollars to rename Science Centre Station. Add that to: ➡️$700 million to build a new Science Centre. ➡️Millions spent on temporary science exhibits. ➡️Millions more to decommission the original Science Centre. And what is the cost to an entire generation of young people losing access to what was once one of the world’s greatest science centres? #ONpoli
