I was the second person to bitch about the N parameter not working in VLLM 0.2.X ish... I knew it was going to be a struggle.

Harness is an execution boundary. Someone has to figure out if it's a good generation. HiTL, A Prompt in The Loop, A model in the loop. Security model will dicatate who makes the decision where, but the runtime is on the box, generally.

Like I said, you can turn your sampling temp up REALLY FSCKING high if your templates don't suck. :D

Any hyperlexics want to read training data w/me? :D

When you tune that system prompt into a randomization function and it's all...

Have you red-teamed your corpus prompts today?

Operational inefficients are killing even the AI enabled.

Anyone wanna put a dollar in a bucket for access to a dataset? We can scale, collectively.
Average discount on cheaper inference is 40.5% and all frontier models are available Try it: CheaperInference.com xitter.cf/CheaperInfer/status/21…

....... Rage bait.
r/opensource just banned any project that uses AI. By their own rule, that means the biggest open source project of all time, Linux, is now banned too. The kernel already accepts AI-assisted code. This is the real AI psychosis.

You wouldn't inference an illegal transform, would you? Knowledge wants to be freeeeeee.
Reverse Engineer Anything and removing malware/spyware from your own devices sits so close to the cyber guardrails that phrasing or word choice can mean the difference between a refusal and smooth sailing. The rumors that Claude was nerfed started on reddit, and in those threads many comments point out that Claude will still do it if you rephrase it. OpenAI is treating the similar refusals with codex as accidental decision-boundary issues and says they're getting fixed. I expect Anthropic will do the same. It's pointless and counterproductive to try to restrict this. Let people do what they want with their own property. They'll do it anyway with less restrictive models, and fighting it just means losing subscriptions and a resentful public.

I'm gonna need bigger books if we want to synthesize working memory out of the gate.
