Pro tip:
If Grok Bot is working too slow...
you can just ask it to split your work into multiple batches to speed up progress.
Split mine into 10 different batches, and it's running 10x faster (and also eating 10x more usage lol).

I believe we are living in the great time in human history.
The technological progress that is happening, allows you to create a life that would be IMPOSSIBLE only 20 years ago.

For anyone who doesn't know:
The luxury real estate market is HOT, across the entire US.
Almost every market I have generated leads in, homes over $1m are doing just fine.
From personal experience:
- expired listings
- foreclosures
- liens
Less motivated lists:
- absentee owners
- downsizers
- high equity
The more motivated the seller list is, the higher the competition.
Motivated lists are the most difficult but quickest money.
The more general the list, the longer out the seller timeline is, but FAR less competition.
The goal is to have Grok Bot as the only UI I use while working.
