Hey, so when I went to Brazil in 2022, I saw how bad their slums are. They are called “favelas” and occupy a ton of areas in the country. Now, why does the world pretend SA is the only place that has them and make fun of that? Some people genuinely have it worse, literally☠️

That can be true in terms of nationality/citizenship, but it doesn’t mean that their ethnicity automatically becomes “South African” just because they reside in the country. It’s like saying I’m American but I’ve lived in SA for 5 years now so I’m American-South African :|
