Thank you @Apple. After contacting Apple Support 5 times, include 3 trips to the store, due to issues with my brand new iPhone 12, that apparently wasn’t enough to warrant (pun intended) a new phone under the warranty.
If anyone out there happens to be flying between Orlando/Cleveland and is intrigued by the prospect of watching Tenet for free on the plane, just a heads up the movie is 150 minutes long and the flight is more like 130 minutes. On a related note, please don’t ruin the ending.

Today is the 5th anniversary of my stage 4 cancer diagnosis. I was not given much time to live and was told they would try and make me comfortable. 1827 days later I have not always been comfortable, but have been grateful for every day. I have lived 5 years, one day at a time
