The Affirmative Repositioning (AR)movement is hosting an orientation and training workshop in Rundu for party leaders and activists from the Kavango East, Kavango West and Zambezi regions.
The workshop is aimed at equipping emerging leaders with political knowledge, leadership skills and a deeper understanding of the movement's values and expectations.
Addressing participants this morning, AR leader Professor Job Amupanda urged activists to build confidence, stay informed about developments in their communities and take up leadership responsibilities at grassroots level, saying they should not wait to occupy positions in Parliament or government before demonstrating leadership
