My first ever @Arsenal game v @BristolCity in August 1976... We'd just signed Supermac for £333k. I stood in the Clock End. there was an air of expectation... Summer heat mixed with monkey nuts and John Player Special cigarettes. City beat us one-nil. And so it began.
Am marking #WorldMenopauseDay reflecting on the incredible response we've had to Burning Up Frozen Out. It's proved to be the ideal book for couples going through perimenopause we hoped it would. But don't take my word for it... check out these reviews.

My wife was prescribed antidepressants, told to quit coffee to ease her anxiety, fobbed off until finally diagnosed. I'm following Honey's story as I've written a book about the menopause for husbands etc - but it's also starkly familiar.
any other perimenopausal woman feeling exactly like Honey when their doctor treats them like an idiot and refuses to prescribe what you need? 🙋♀️#Eastenders

When sex disappears from your life, most men assume there’s a problem with them - or the relationship.
