The guys at Sandlot in Norcross get to work out next to this beautiful Fountain. We did a timed fitness test in which we ran 2 miles and then did as many push-ups in two minutes and then sit ups in two minutes. 16:09 57 66

Do you think God’s ways are trying to limit your happiness or are they trying to protect you from harm? Think about God’s ways on Sexuality Money Integrity Community(how to treat others) As a parent, I ask my kids often, do you think that I am for you? If the answer is no, there is no reason to continue. It is a relationship issue at that point. I want them to see that I am trying to protect them and encourage them to do the best for their future self.

Why do some friendships fade and some friendships last a lifetime? I really believe that friendship takes investment. You invest in friendships that you want to keep. It was such a blessing to see Scoops today! He is running a 50k tomorrow in town and got up at 1 AM this morning to drive four hours come work out with us! Thankful for his friendship all these years!!
