@BDrainvilleQc @PatriceRoyTJ suite à l'entrevue à RDI, j'aimerais lever ma main et dire qu'un des pépins avec les formations en enseignements est que nous sommes en 2024 et ces formations n'ont pas encore de souplesse côté présentiel/horaires! ...(1/3)

(2/3) En 1998, éducatrice en SDG, je suis acceptée au Bac en Enseignement et après avoir reçu l'horaire de cours et m'être informée, j'ai dû abandonner car l'horaire des cours était inconciliable avec mon emploi...emploi étant dans une école!

@PatriceRoyTJ. @BDrainvilleQc alors que dans plusieurs autres Bacs maintenant, des cours sont disponibles en ligne et horaires à temps partiels. Seuls les bacs en enseignement manquent de souplesse et beaucoup de passionnés de l'éducation comme moi ne peuvent joindre les rangs!

(3/3) Entre temps? J'ai fait un Bac en Droit, un diplôme en traduction, conciliables avec mon travail en école! 2023: vu le manque de profs, je vais aller en enseignement de l'anglais! Encore une fois, un horaire INCONCILIABLE avec un emploi ou une famille monoparentale!
