@Delta diverted to Syracuse last night due to “operational constraints”, missed connection to Milan. Promised hotel & meal vouchers — never received. Traveling with kids, paid everything out of pocket, and now facing a 9-hour layover at JFK. Offered $25 voucher. Can someone help

@Delta this is all I get? A like? This is not the sort of dopamine hit I was hoping for. Disappointing.

Each week I get to watch founders meet with their teams. 👀 I've now observed over 70 different leaders, and I’ve noticed a pattern: The leaders who get big results often speak less, but they ask great questions. Here are 6 of the best questions I keep hearing 👇🏼

It’s tempting to describe your startup's product as “fast” or “easy” (because it probably is!) But don’t. “Fast” and "easy” are vague platitudes that leave prospects guessing. Plus, they sound like "marketing” (Because they are!) And that's a huge turnoff. Instead, try this 👇🏼

Dear @BTsports - you have been charging me for 7 months for a service that you have not been offering me and now you refuse to reimburse me. What sort of racket are you running?

How can the so much hyped @onepeloton have such a horrific customer service? You collect £2k, you promise a delivery date and the night before the delivery you send a note pushing off the delivery by a whole month? Is the is a strategy? Surely you must have known earlier....

This the most illogical, irrational, ill advised Covid policy that anyone could have think of. How about enforcing wearing masks EVERYWHERE instead? It is the only way to protect people. The level of incompetence of this government is shocking. bbc.com/news/uk-54081131
