so far i’m genuinely happy with how pantalone is being written because i love how human he remains despite everything he’s suffered, and how his relationship with faith and divinity can resonate with people who grew up in a more oppressive religious environment

have you played simulanka? scara and durin shared similar fears, insecurities and backgrounds, yet scara was still the “hero” of the story and helped durin grow by offering him a different perspective. something similar could happen with pantalone and dottore

exactly, we haven’t even gotten to his lore yet… traveler has only made assumptions about the “mysterious” 💀 person they met in sumeru, so we’ll obviously get into his lore later in the story once the main plot is over!!
