The FBS Oversight Committee released a statement saying that instant replay protocols were NOT followed during the clock controversy between WMU & Michigan.
“Had the protocols been followed, the outcome of the game would have been different.” Western Michigan won.

So, they cheated and got away with it.
They could overturn it, btw. The game ended after the first Hail Mary. There were no legal snaps after that.
