I got tired of losing things I copied, so I built Copycat.
It lives in the Mac's menu bar and remembers everything you copy: text, links, colours, screenshots and files.
Try the site: getcopy.cat
The page itself runs Copycat.
Copy anything on it and press ⇧⌘V.
The beta is free. DM me for an invite.
A few more renders done by GPT-6 Astra, this time challenging it with fluid simulation.
Okay Astra is incredible with 3d! I have uploaded the schematics of @moumoujus' glass bottle and it created a 3d model in Blender and then rendered beauty shots. I am speechless.
building a company is largely the act of managing your own emotional state so the field around you remains coherent enough for other ppl to do their best work inside it.
basically founders set the emotional physics of the org. panic compounds. but clarity compounds too.

The UK economy is basically:
Work hard. Get paid. Pay rent. Pay bills. Do a food shop.
Then spend the next three weeks absolutely broke wondering where the fuck your money went.
I have been a bit quiet on this platform but I’ve been secretly working on a new tech project to scratch my own itch 🫴
Since starting my skincare brand and opening a formulations lab to create everything in-house, we’ve heavily relied on AI to help us find new ingredients, categorise them by function and efficacy and aid us (and our cosmetic chemist) to make the best skincare products.
As part of this I created a system of small, independent AI computers that are trained on my data each doing a specific task…
I have updated the @moumoujus site after receiving a bit of feedback that some horizontally-scrolling sections would prevent mobile users from scrolling further.
Updated the navbar, font and a few sections. Still more to do but prompting my way around this has been so much fun.
Yesterday, @moumoujus was commended by the Beauty Shortlist Awards, just 5 months since launch. They are in their 15th year and probably the most recognised awards in the UK.
Some days, emails from shops declining to stock it make me question launching a skincare brand. But after this recognition, positive customer responses, and continued support I must keep going.
Statistically 90% of businesses fail in the first 12 months, I don’t want it to be in that statistic 😅

For anyone asking about the 3d rotating tube effect, this is the Blender animation I put together. The base model was created some time ago to instruct my manufacturer on the design and sizing, so I've reused that one.
I then used ffmpeg to encode the video file into I-frames (intra-frames) where every frame is a keyframe, no P-frames or B-frames, this way every frame can be decoded independently and make the scroll animation a lot smoother.

1/ @fffabs shipped a whole headless Shopify storefront with Claude Code in a weekend. started from scratch, full control, great write-up.
I read it and thought yeah, I'm doing similar but wanted to try to get Claude to write code inside an existing theme without breaking everything.
My vibe coded @Shopify store is now live. I have received a ton of messages about the implementation so I'll write an article to explain the full process.
It's a headless Shopify store, using @nextjs hosted on @vercel – I used Shopify MCP and @dataforseo MCP in @claudeai Code CLI.
The product images were made in Blender and the rotating packaging is an mp4 that's controlled via the scroll interaction. Similar to what Apple do on some of their pages.
Created in ~2 days from scratch, only a few designs done in @figma but the bulk of the project was all done via prompts.
