Almost there ๐ท. 2kg pork loin, spicy dry cure. Then into @philvickerytv amazing Brickhill black #bacon brine. Next up, 12 hour hickory smoke with the trusty @ProQSmokers smoke generator. Wrapped in the fridge, ready for slicing the weekend. Roll on ๐
