Next week, the Flexmls team is headed to Colorado Springs for RESO Fall 2026, joining industry leaders to share ideas, strengthen collaboration, and help advance the standards that move real estate technology forward. CMLS is off to an awesome start this week!  We love seeing old friends and connecting with new! Today, we are reminded of Peter Shuttleworth. The late Peter Shuttleworth, former executive vice president of Metro MLS (and the first inductee into the CMLS Hall of Fame), influenced FBS as a Board member and was a thoughtful mentor and friend to many of us. Peter's leadership and generous spirit holds a special place in the hearts of many at FBS. After his passing, it seemed appropriate that an award was created in his honor; The Shuttleworth MLS Executive of the Year.  It honors a chief executive officer who demonstrates exceptional leadership, drives positive change, and advances the MLS industry. Dionna Hall, Co-CEO of Beaches MLS and Miami Realtors + RWorld was honored with the annual Shuttleworth MLS Executive Award this year and we feel it is well deserved!  Dionna is one of a number of FBS customer-CEOs to receive this prestigious award. Cheers to Dionna for this recognition! Last year at CMLS, our CEO Michael Wurzer presented a beautiful tribute to Peter that included the following video created with photos from our archives and from Peter's wife.  We are so grateful for Peter's wonderful legacy!
