@BNZ you’re entire system is down including access to ATMs and it’s atrocious. All of your branches are closed, call centres are an hour wait time and you have no outages reported on your website. What’s going on?
@BNZ how unreliable can a system be? You have thousands of in-house developers and all of our cash at your disposal but have a major outage almost monthly for 3+ hours across ALL of your systems.
Since we’re going to end up with a split level - can Level 3 business send items to Level 4 customers?
Level 4: can’t operate.
Level 3: can operate contactless.
