We just use feedbags.
Some parents are ditching plates and silverware for a “dump dinner,” pouring the meal straight onto a foil-covered table and letting the kids dig in. For these families, it’s less about manners and more about making memories.

"Sir the question was why is it your administration's policy to proactively make it easier for Russia to kill babies in strollers in Ukraine."
JD Vance: I find it a little ironic that European countries -- who have nothing like the technology Elon Musk has developed in Starlink and have universally waged regulatory war against SpaceX -- are all now running to SpaceX saying, 'Please do what we need you to do.'

The whole question turns on whether the murderers *know* you only have one bullet.
How would you answer this common BlackRock interview question?

This is not a documented or common BlackRock interview question. It originates from unverified social media posts with no confirmation from the company or candidate reports. careers.blackrock.com/candidate-faqs… cuelyte.com/interview-ques… linkedin.com/posts/sergioer…

California hasn't built its bullet train because the state has required 130,000 pages of environmental reports, making absurd demands like: • counting bumblebees one by one • rebuilding woodrat stick huts • hiring specialized dogs to sniff lizard scat

It’s gonna be tough for the “I didn’t knowingly marry my brother” defense to hold up
Ilhan Omar denies that she married her brother: "Not to my knowledge."

SyFy doing a vile thing where they are playing the worst version of Halloween (Rob Zombie's 2007) followed by the worst version of Halloween II (David Gordon Green's 2021). We're the rights just cheapest this way?

How could Russia destroy 10,000+ satellites? Or even enough of them to seriously degrade capability? I doubt the United States could destroy Starlink. Even if Russia could, it would be a provocation orders of magnitude larger than what they've done before. The plausible version is threats of sabotage against ground based Musk assets.
So the story I heard is: Russia lowkey has threatened to destroy the Starlink satellite network and Elon is freaked out, because the threat is plausible. That would possibly justify scaling back its use. But if such a threat exists... surely you go public with it right????

20 years ago a low-level FBI agent in a men's wearhouse suit came to the newspaper in Jersey where I was working to conduct a background check on a friend who had gotten a job in the incoming Obama administration. I knew what question was coming and I didn't want to lie to a fed. But when he asked it all I could think of to say is "Well *I've* never done drugs with [redacted]."
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) when asked by MS Now tonight if she married her brother: "Not to my knowledge."

So many dunks are two people talking past each other. You rarely get so clean a kill.
Trump: We were in the midst of negotiating and a lot of stupid people said why aren’t you putting Russian sanctions— Collins: But you said you didn’t give anything for his release Trump: If I didn’t do that, you wouldn’t have him coming back. Collins: So you did give something. Trump: You don’t know anything. You’re fake news CNN. Collins: You’re saying you lifted the sanctions in exchange for his release? Trump: You don’t know what you’re talking about. You’re a low IQ person. You’re a dummy.

The absolute riot of British Sea Power defenders in my replies actually cheers me. It's a sign that maybe that once great nation can sack up and return to its former glory.
Every time I see something like this about the British Navy i think about the fact that the US Navy went toe-to-toe with them in the War of 1812 with like six frigates and a bunch of privateers and it got so bad that the British admiralty forbade ships from engaging American frigates unless they had a two to one advantage.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
US frigate victories in 1812 were isolated single-ship actions against detached British vessels while most of the Royal Navy fought France; the Admiralty later directed against single engagements with larger US ships. usni.org/magazines/nava… historynet.com/giant-killer-w… navytimes.com/news/your-navy… maritime-executive.com/editorials/the…

Good. The Chinese Ministry for State Security employs as many as 800,000 people. Nearly twice the size of the KGB at its Cold War peak.
Exclusive: The Pentagon is looking to build a more robust deep-cover spying program to conduct economic warfare against China and other U.S. competitors, according to people familiar with the initiative. wapo.st/4dSEqt5

The USN won the overwhelming majority of ship to ship engagements against the Royal Navy, and won the two decisive fleet battles at Erie and Champlain. USS President was captured by a squadron of four British ships, including three frigates and a ship of the line. The biggest British naval victory of the war was at Lake Borgne on the approach to New Orleans and it led them right into the teeth of Andrew Motherfucking Jackson.
I don't really have skin in the game but there's a reason that there was an HMS President.

Yes it was most unsporting of us!
This is absurdly out-of-context The British rating system did not have a category for America's unique class of heavy frigates. The 2-1 rule was to compensate for this edge-case

.@TheLafayetteCo represents much of the fraternal industry, including SAE's national HQ. Important to note this guy was NEVER initiated into the fraternity and, in fact, his bid was rescinded immediately when the chapter found out he did this. Their accountability system WORKED.
A 19-year-old man was arrested after allegedly secretly recording a sexual encounter with a University of North Carolina at Charlotte student and sending the video to a 32-member Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity group chat, police say. Alexander Michael Evanoff faces one count of disclosing private images and two felony counts of secret peeping. During an interview with law enforcement, he allegedly admitted to intentionally recording the act and distributing it without the victim's consent. When the woman confronted him and asked if sharing the video to the group chat made him "appear cool," Evanoff "responded affirmatively" and apologized, according to the affidavit. Evanoff is not currently enrolled at UNC Charlotte. He was released on $10,000 bond. Full story here foxnews.com/us/secret-sex-vi…
