In a phase I study of tucatinib + trastuzumab in pts with progressive HER2+ #breastcancer brain metastasis, intracranial responses were observed 12% & 6% treated twice and once daily, respectively, with overall CBRs of 35% and 53% & mPFS of 3.4 and 4.1 mo: annalsofoncology.org/article…
