If the goal that keeps you up at night seems too big, you know you have outgrown your old goal.

You can always access a miracle.
But you can't fake it.
Many believe they can keep on repeating the same approach and expect a new result.
Remember what Einstein said about insanity:
"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
Creating content is one of the best ways to express yourself.
And self-expression means healing.
Most of our mental and even physical issues are rooted in the suppression of certain parts of ourselves.
If you're afraid of being seen by others, you're not alone.
I've felt that way too. And so have many others.
Don't let that fear stop you.
If you want to grow, you need to cultivate a new identity.
The important thing is that this identity needs to be aligned with your core values.
You don't find those values on the street. Seek them within.
Your early journey isn't always the most motivating chapter.
Especially not when it comes to content creation.
Don't focus on consistency: treat your account like an oven that needs fresh wood every day.
That's it.
Your intuition is one of the most powerful forces you can access.
Many people feel they lack a sense of direction in life.
Choose differently: trust yourself. Trust your values.

Our deepest values lie at the very bottom of our soul.
Reaching them requires 100% honesty.
There is no shortcut.
Back in early 2024, I started filming my first YouTube video.
One and a half years later, I started on X.
And now, more than one year later, I started on Instagram.
All in my old apartment.
For my final episode in this old environment, I decided to do something special for you and reveal a few more personal things.

If your main focus is on building a brand, not every piece of content you share should be designed for maximal engagement.
I'm convinced of that.
Never forget to regularly go through your content and see which pieces performed best.
But also be aware that the punchiest line isn't always the one that will serve your brand best in the future.
I'm usually not this political, but we can learn from everything that occurs in our lives.
What's happening in France right now is a catastrophe. Germany isn't that far from similar conditions either.
Never give up your self-respect. This is a lesson for every country.
Mastery doesn't mean abandoning yourself.
Your direct emotional experience is what brings all your efforts to life.
Work might be great, but don't forget payday.

Social conditioning is everywhere.
People try to sell you the stories they want to believe in.
Often just because it serves their narrative.
If you feel powerless, you might want to figure out the patterns that this reality runs on.
There definitely are such laws, not only on a physical level but also throughout the metaphysical realm.
However, you can't gain inner experience if you don't start diving.
Deciding to make your first video can be tough.
One of the first questions that usually comes up once you finally nudge yourself to start is:
"What type of equipment am I gonna buy?"
There are so many things to consider, and there's also the trap of perfectionism.
All in all, it can feel like a huge mountain you have to conquer.
I felt the same way before I started filming my first video back in early 2024.
Now I've realized: you can also just start with a mount and a phone.
However, I wanted the full experience...

Never be broke and famous.
If many people know you, but none of them are willing to pay you, you're doing something fundamentally wrong.
I attended five schools in the small city where I grew up, and I ran into people I knew every time I went downtown.
Most of them moved away. When I needed help the most, I was grateful that two people from my close circle of friends were there for me.
But ultimately, it was just me.
