Doctors need to be clear about what the problem is; A significant number at the top in the NHS that are prepared to; 1. Lie 2. Destroy evidence 3. Cover up 4. Intimidate And a system for whatever reason (weakness, incompetence corruption) that often turns a blind eye.

Why do some people at the top of the NHS think they are starring in a mafia movie rather than running a healthcare system. The public, politicians and the 'good guys' in NHS leadership need to sort this out or there will be no staff left in the NHS computerweekly.com/news/3665…

One of my favourite things to do is to tell people who work on customer service helplines that they've been really helpful (if they have been obviously!) because we all know that 99% of people they speak to on a daily basis are absolute shits.

Eek... I wrote quite a personal thing for our #GroupChat series about how having terrible FOMO (and trying to keep up with friends who earn double my salary) put me in quite bad debt. I put my head in the sand for ages until I finally faced it. huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/f…

When your clinical supervisor writes you something like this. How can you end up losing your career? The answer is £700k of public money and a load of powerful people wanting to cover something up. They are still in post doing it to other NHS staff crowdjustice.com/case/dont-l… – at Eltham, London

Those of us from Black or minority ethnic communities who identify as LGBTIQ+ are drastically more likely to experience a mental health problem. That’s why we won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem get support and respect. #UKBlackPride

I really wish I had been made aware that gay people existed and you could live life as a queer person when I was in primary school
