If they can write the concour and pass then they have the prerequisite knowledge they need. I think that’s basically the purpose of concours. Except you’re saying the concour is not difficult enough. Or you’re claiming they didn’t pass the concour and that’s a whole different case which I would like to recuse myself from 😹😹😹😹
