All these releases are exactly why Ripple and Co. were so unwilling to pay the fine and accept the outcome. That took a year for Ripple to make that decision. They did not want these document’s released. They would not have been public if a complete acquittal was issued. WoW it all makes more sense now.

UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT PROPOSED CLASS ACTION COMPLAINT XRP PURCHASERS AND INVESTORS, INDIVIDUALLY AND ON BEHALF OF ALL OTHERS SIMILARLY SITUATED, Plaintiffs, v. RIPPLE LABS, INC., BRADLEY GARLINGHOUSE, AND OTHER RESPONSIBLE EXECUTIVES, Defendants. COMPLAINT FOR ALLEGED INVESTOR DECEPTION, MATERIAL MISREPRESENTATION, FRAUDULENT OMISSIONS, AND RELATED VIOLATIONS OF LAW Proposed pleading for investigation and review by qualified securities litigation counsel. ⸻ PRELIMINARY STATEMENT This action arises from an alleged disconnect between Ripple Labs, Inc.‘s public representations concerning the importance of XRP to its corporate strategy and the company’s subsequent commercial decisions, particularly the development, promotion, and integration of its RLUSD stablecoin. For years, Ripple’s leadership has publicly communicated that XRP is fundamental to the company’s purpose, strategy, and commercial future. Ripple CEO Bradley Garlinghouse has characterized XRP as the company’s North Star and has stated that all roads lead back to XRP. Among the statements attributed to Ripple’s leadership are: “All roads lead to XRP.” “XRP is at the center of everything we do.” “XRP is our North Star.” These representations were made by individuals with direct knowledge of Ripple’s corporate strategy and carried significant weight among members of the XRP investment community. Plaintiffs allege that such representations helped establish an expectation that Ripple’s commercial expansion, institutional relationships, payment infrastructure, and growing financial services business would translate into meaningful adoption and utilization of XRP. However, Ripple subsequently developed and expanded RLUSD, a dollar-backed stablecoin that can facilitate payment and settlement transactions without necessarily requiring XRP to function as the bridge asset. Plaintiffs contend that Ripple’s leadership should be required to explain whether the company’s actual commercial strategy was consistent with the expectations created by its repeated public representations. The central issue is not whether Ripple has the right to develop RLUSD. It does. The issue is whether investors were provided a materially accurate picture of XRP’s actual role in Ripple’s commercial strategy while those investments were being solicited and traded.

Your massive institutional breakdown is the ultimate corporate distraction to keep the #XRPArmy blind to cold November 2026 flow metrics. You parade Standard Chartered, BNY, and the OCC National Trust Bank charter as wins for @xrp, but corporate execution completely exposes the double game. On October 28, @Ripple integrated RLUSD on Coinbase, yet macro on-chain flows confirm that 60% of that institutional volume is routed via Ethereum and Base networks, completely bypassing XRPL utility!Your theoretical route (RLUSD → XRP → Local) completely collapses under accounting reality. Financial institutions maintain permanent book inventory in stablecoins or Fiat—never in a volatile asset—to insulate themselves from Tier 1 capital risk. XRP doesn't hold the inventory; it solely executes a 3-second transient jump via AMMs, compressing its holding time to absolute zero.Tonight, @bgarlinghouse revealed that Ripple’s annualized corporate revenue is tripling to $900 MILLION in 2026, while XRP sits stagnant at $1.25. Why? Because Ripple is heavily monetizing enterprise infrastructure and multi-chain stablecoins, reducing XRP to a disposable tram ticket to settle fractions of a penny in network gas. We financed your banking framework with our life savings since 2017—we demand immediate market execution past $15/$20+, not connection maps to protect your corporate equity. 🛑💥 #XRPCommunity

BIG NEWS 🚨 @Ripple spent 7 years telling everyone that global banks would be forced to buy your ripple:native to settle cross-border payments. Their own 2025 and 2026 corporate disclosures tell a completely different story. Here is the forensic breakdown of how Ripple quietly swapped their settlement engine and primed your #XRP : 👇

Retail not Institutional Adoption 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 He is using Retail to fund Ripples Businesses 🤣🤣
“5 years definitely there will be mass retail adoption” - @JoelKatz (former ripple cto) This is a smack in the face to $XRP holders… are we serious david?!?! “Retail” adoption? The whole point of XRP is for INSTITUTIONAL adoption, not RETAIL adoption.

So Binance-linked MMs have allegedly been trying to break Bitcoin below 80k for over a week now. And they haven’t managed to push it down significantly. Why? Because massive whales have been accumulating billions worth of $BTC throughout this entire period. Now here’s where things get very interesting. I believe the last straw for Binance was $HYPE suddenly attracting legitimate institutional interest and attention. We’re talking about a roughly $4B increase in market cap within just 16 hours, starting from around $20B. Do the maths. 20B + 20% in a single day. And all of this while Bitcoin refused to break down significantly. So in my view, Binance had two problems on its hands. Bitcoin refusing to break below 80k. And HYPE suddenly attracting dangerous amounts of attention. What followed? A swift market rug under the cover of an alleged hack. To cuck momentum. And this is where things get even stranger. A hack that was very conveniently contained by USDC and Tether. Maybe a tad TOO quickly for my taste. I’ve witnessed countless hacks in this space since 2018, and something about this one feels extremely odd. It’s not how North Korean hackers usually operate either. They typically manage to move a significant chunk of the stolen funds before anyone can intervene. Yet this time, almost the entire $2B was reportedly frozen within a remarkably short period. Interesting, isn’t it? Given the reach of international law enforcement, I struggle to imagine many actors capable of pulling off something of this scale and escaping the consequences, apart from groups operating beyond that reach, such as Lazarus. And if you think the official narrative automatically tells the whole story, that’s on you. In my opinion, Binance is doing more harm to this industry than good. And I believe much of that harm is deliberate. First 10/10. Now this. Market manipulation at its finest, if my suspicions are correct. SHUT YOUR MOTHERF*CKING EXCHANGE DOWN AND REMOVE YOUR CLAWS FROM THIS SPACE. I’m counting the days until the Trump administration is gone, because I believe the scrutiny surrounding these players will intensify significantly. And if wrongdoing is established, those responsible should face the consequences. Stay safe out there. Sincerely yours, Skully

Wrote this as a reply to someone I am debating XRPL $XRP vs $CC @CantonNetwork This in no way is a "I got you moment" as he was the first in about a year to actually respond in a respectful and logical way. I applaud you taking the time to post a well thought out response and I'm not being sarcastic honestly you are the first but some of your points are fundamentally flawed and since you took the time to write a well thought out post I will show the respect to do the same. The claim that banks will use $XRP as a global bridge token over Canton Network fundamentally misunderstands institutional finance, banking regulations, and clearing mechanics: Punitive Capital Requirements (Basel Rules): Basel regulations categorize unbacked crypto assets like XRP under Group 2b, slapping them with a 1,250% risk weight (requiring banks to hold $1 of common equity capital for every $1 of the asset held). Regulated tokenized cash, deposits, and Treasuries settled via Canton fall under Group 1, attracting standard 0% to 20% risk weights. Zero Appetite for Asset Volatility: Institutions settling multi-million or multi-billion-dollar trades will not convert fiat into a volatile bridge token. That introduces slippage, FX spreads, and balance sheet risk. Canton allows atomic settlement directly in regulated commercial bank money, tokenized deposits, or wholesale CBDCs. Slippage Trumps Low Fees: Cheap transaction fees are irrelevant to institutions if moving large volumes through public automated market makers (AMMs) causes massive price slippage. Interbank FX already clears at razor-thin, sub-pip spreads. Non-Negotiable Privacy: XRPL is a public broadcast ledger where all transactions, addresses, and flow balances are transparent. Banks legally cannot use public broadcast rails for core operations due to banking secrecy laws, client confidentiality, and front-running risks. Canton uses sub-transaction privacy, exposing data strictly to transaction counterparties. A False Comparison (XRP vs. CC): Banks do not need to hold Canton’s native token (CC) as an asset or reserve float. CC is merely a utility and gas token to operate synchronizers; banks use Canton's rails to settle their existing, risk-weighted fiat and collateral without holding speculative tokens.

You always know a post is bull shit when they shut off comments HAHA. You can go to XRPScan.com and see there is no "deep liquidity" the top liquidity pools are a meme that has 2.7 million in liquidity and XRP/RLUSD that only has 1.8 million.
exciting times ahead. X. R. P. 👈🏽

I love the whole bait and switch, for years we were told that XRP will facilitate cross border payments, and now it’s cross border payments with RLUSD on the XRPL and XRP is only good for long tail FX payments lol literally nerfed its use case into a very niche market. lol At least ripple isn’t hiding it anymore. They made their money selling XRP.
Cross-border payment settlement on the XRPL? It's more likely than you think 😉
