probably the happiest i've been in my life right now > 2K run every morning > 4-5 hours sleep on weeknights > elvanse / caffeine / nicotine stack > ice bath 5 mins + sauna daily > ashwagandha, shilajit, whatever else fits in the cabinet > 2-2.5 hours lifting every day > zero rest days in 2 months > no women, alcohol, or going out long way to go but finally starting to see what this thing can actually do. hitting PRs consistently. life is good. new year soon. will make it the best one yet. always down to hear what other routines people are running / stims they are abusing. drop it in the comments or dm. Every scanner has gap ups. Ours also has: - Delist Watch: deficiency notices, 20+ days under $1, near the R/S cap - Distress: late filings, going concern, auditor resignations - Turnaround: regained compliance or uplisted from OTC - Ticker changes, including ones announced but not live yet

Classes F, T and E carry no economic rights. They exist for control. Anthropic is a public benefit corp, so the board has to weigh shareholders against "the long-term benefit of humanity." Because the founders hold over 50% of the vote, it also qualifies as a controlled company under Nasdaq rules.
