Liquid is also a great example of adapting to your players. They've cooked up off-meta comps like Neon-Waylay-Skye that eventually became meta, and now they're adapting again by putting Purp0 on Jett and Kamo on the secondary duelist where they perform best

Here, @BambinoVL says what many coaches would rather not hear.
The statement, “I believe that playing the best Valorant for your team is what matters,” shows that the FUT coaches have fully adapted to their team, and also demonstrates that you can play Valoran well even if you’re not used to coaching this style of play. Many coaches from T3 or even T2/T1 make the mistake of continuing to force their players to implement systems that don’t suit the team at all, and then you don’t see any success. If you want to implement your system, you can only do so with a team that’s been built for that system, not with a team that isn’t suited to it at all. I’ve made these mistakes myself and have since adapted to my team; you can still pass on your concepts to the players, but as a coach you should always be prepared to adapt, and unfortunately that’s something many coaches in the lower tiers lack, though there are exceptions in the higher tiers too.

Only 3 weeks left — I need a safe room to survive and keep my dream alive…
Dear X Community and Kind People,
I’m writing this with a broken heart and real fear. I’m from Ukraine. I’ve seen the true horrors of war, and I would never wish this nightmare on anyone. War is terrifying — it destroys lives, dreams and hope.
My situation has become critical. I have only 3 weeks to leave and find a safe place. If I don’t, the consequences will be very bad — I will lose the ability to travel, attend tournaments, and continue chasing my dream. I’m running out of time and options. (Everything I was planning cancelled, twice already 😭)
I’m reaching out to all of you with a humble and desperate request for help in any form:
• information about temporary protection
• advice on the best countries and real conditions
• contacts of people or organizations who can actually help
• or direct assistance with relocation
I’m looking at countries that can provide temporary protection + social housing and food support: Germany, Austria, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg (and any others that offer real help for someone starting from zero).
All I’m asking for is a small, modest room — literally around 15 square meters — where I can put my computer and keep working on my dream. Nothing more. Just a chance to survive and not lose everything I’ve been fighting for 🙏
I truly believe that among the amazing people here on X there are those who can help change my life. Please share this post, spread the word, comment with any information, or DM me if you have contacts or opportunities.
War took so much from me… but your kindness can still give me a chance to keep going 🙌
From the bottom of my heart — thank you. Every share, every message, every bit of help means everything right now. 🙏🥺💔

After some changes and a team talk, we made the decision to go separate ways with @Mythiiicc and @K4rmaZK. Also, @ztmonarch will leave us because he needs a break for his mental health, and we respect that. It was a really funny time with the boys, but now we are going into a trial phase, and if you are interested and the following requirements suit you, you can type me or @dbs__fps on DC (marlon043543/dbsglitch).
