Over the past months, the Fuzzy family has grown into something much bigger than we could have imagined. New faces. New friendships. New communities finding their way to Fuzzy. And while we've always believed that the internet can bring people together, there's nothing quite like meeting those people in real life. That's why we want FuzzyCon to become something we celebrate multiple times a year. A place to reconnect. A place to meet new people. A place to celebrate everything we've built together. And hopefully, a place we'll look back on years from now, remembering where some of our best friendships started. Before anything else, we want to thank the people who made tonight possible. To everyone who helped organize FuzzyCon, who spent their time planning, connecting people, preparing everything and making sure tonight could happen. And to everyone who traveled here, showed up and decided to spend their evening with us. You are the reason we're here. The strongest communities are the ones you recognize before anyone has to explain who they are. Our existing PFP collections have become an important part of Fuzzy's identity. They represent the people who believed early, the community that helped us get here and everything we've built together. And we want to build on that. Our two existing collections have an important role in growing Fuzzycards, while Fuzzyverse has a different purpose. Growing Fuzzy as a whole. We've already seen what a community of dedicated holders can accomplish. Now imagine what happens when that community grows tenfold. More people representing Fuzzy. More people sharing our story. More people carrying the same identity across the XRP ecosystem. Not by replacing what came before. But by building something new alongside it. Something that welcomes the next generation of Fuzzies while celebrating the people who started it all. We originally planned to release our final PFP collection during a bull market. But after countless discussions, calculations and probably a few too many brainstorming sessions, we came to a different conclusion. Why wait until everyone arrives to start building the foundation? The foundation needs to be there before they arrive. So we're bringing our plans forward. And we couldn't think of a better moment than the first FuzzyCon to do it. Together. In person. Our final PFP collection. Ever. But this isn't just another collection of profile pictures. Fuzzy has become one of the strongest performing assets on the XRPL across almost every major metric. And with that comes a responsibility. A responsibility to show both new and existing members of the XRP community what's possible on the XRP Ledger. To push boundaries. To experiment. And to build things that haven't been done before. So for Fuzzyverse, we wanted to do something different. A dynamic NFT collection. A collection that doesn't stay the same after you mint it. A collection that evolves. Over the next two months or so, Fuzzyverse will move through four phases. Each phase will reveal another part of the story. Each phase will automatically update your NFT. And each phase will take us a little further into the lore. Not just the story of Fuzzy. But also the story of the XRPL. Because these two stories have always been more connected than some might realize. Some things will make sense immediately. Others might take a little longer. And some things are better left for you to figure out yourselves. Phase 1 begins tonight. The mint opens at 7:22 PM NYC time. For the first 30 minutes, minting will be exclusively available to holders of the Fuzzy token or NFTs through our whitelist. We wanted this mint to be about participation, not exclusivity. Because this collection isn't about making Fuzzy harder to access. It's about giving more people the opportunity to represent it. At 7:52 PM ET, 30 minutes later, the mint opens to everyone. And the first reveal? That comes next month. Four phases. One evolving collection. And a story that has only just begun. There's a lot more coming. For those who placed orders through both the webshop and the tokenized mint, this part is important. You have 24 hours from now to burn your assets if you want your orders combined. Why does this matter? The King. As promised, the 10 largest combined orders will each receive one of the 10 individually numbered King promo cards. To make sure your purchases count together, we need to connect your tokenized assets to your webshop order before fulfillment begins. After these 24 hours, we can no longer guarantee that your orders can be combined. Important: this is NOT a redemption deadline. You can still redeem your tokenized assets for their physical counterparts at any time in the future. The 24 hour window is only for combining orders. And remember: No leaderboard. No announcement. And 589 days is a long time. Some of you were here on day one. Some of you understood the references before anything was ever explained. Some found us somewhere along the way. You collected when nobody knew where this was going. You believed in things we couldn’t explain yet. You followed the clues, questioned the codes, connected dots and sometimes found things we never thought anyone would find. You watched us try things, get things wrong, learn, rebuild and keep moving. You turned pixels into cards. Cards into boxes. Boxes into stores. And somewhere along the way, Fuzzy became real. There were easier ways to build this. Probably faster ways too. But then it wouldn’t have been Fuzzy. Because the strangest part of these 589 days isn’t how much Fuzzy has changed. It’s how many of you are still here to see what it becomes next. So before anything else: Thank you. To all the X Spaces hosts who gave Fuzzy a place to be heard. One through a regular fiat presale, directly purchasable through our webshop. This is also part of something much bigger. We’re working towards a fully tokenized version of Fuzzycards. The idea is simple: The physical product is stored securely by our distributor, while the on-chain asset represents the physical product. It can be redeemed whenever you want. No expiry. No redemption deadline. The physical product remains safely in custody until someone decides to redeem it, while the asset itself can move freely on-chain. And once that asset exists on-chain, anyone can build around it. Trading. Distribution. Gamification. New marketplaces. New experiences we haven’t even thought of yet. Anyone can build any kind of on-chain experience around these assets. We believe trading, distributing and gamifying Fuzzycards becomes much easier when the asset can live on-chain instead of only off-chain. We want Fuzzycards to become something people can build on top of. Tomorrow is another step in that direction. But this one is special. Every card in the 589 Collection will be holographic, with a different holographic treatment for each rarity. All 150 Genesis cards will carry a special gold foil 589 stamp on top of the holographic. A mark for the day that made them. There’s one more secret in this Edition. Thirteen cards from the Genesis set exist in a hidden variant: The same cards, seen from the other side of the torii gate. Mirrored. Vermilion. Written entirely in Japanese. One per box. We also saw how much you guys loved keeping the boxes sealed. So we decided to make a box that is special enough to look at even when it never gets opened. The 589 boxes feature completely new, hand-drawn, fully coded artwork made specifically for this collection, with holographic effects throughout. This artwork will never be used or distributed again. It will never be posted by us either. It is purely meant for the eyes of the believer. Alongside the special boxes, there will be five different jumbo collector cards featuring the same artwork. Tokenized version: complete set of all five. Fiat presale: one random jumbo. Collectors of the tokenized version will also receive two special promo cards that will never be released again. And then there is The King. Only 10 will ever exist. The 10 largest orders will each receive a The King promo card, individually numbered 1–10. All ten will be distributed exclusively to the community. You will not be told beforehand if you made the cut. No leaderboard. No announcement. If you made the cut, The King will simply appear in your order. One of the 10. Forever. A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS Orders made through the website and orders made with the tokenized asset will be combined when determining the 10 largest orders. If you purchase through both, we need to be able to connect those orders. Once redemption for the tokenized asset goes live, you will have 24 hours to claim your physical version if you want it combined with an existing webshop order. After that, your webshop order may already have entered fulfillment and we may no longer be able to combine them. The 589 Collection will begin shipping in approximately 2 months. This collection uses printing techniques we have never used at this scale. Because of how special and complex this production process is, we will begin production as soon as the 24-hour sale closes and we know the final number. We will make exactly the amount that is sold. No extras. No second print. No rerun. Once these are made, they are made. The 589 Collection will never be produced again. And while tomorrow is about remembering where we came from, we’re already building where Fuzzy goes next. The real Portal has now been live for over a week. A lot of you helped us test the version that came before it. Every order, every bug and every piece of feedback gave us the data we needed to build something around what the community actually needs. And feedback will always be welcome. Together, we have built something pretty crazy: The largest sales team any TCG has ever had. While XRP is heating up, we’re ramping up our marketing efforts too. We have multiple partnerships in the pipeline, including some very big ones. But we’ve also learned something over these 589 days: The bigger the company, the bigger the partnership, the longer things take. That’s okay. We’re planning something big for SWELL. Thursday is a big day for Fuzzy. During the afternoon (ET), the Fuzzycards Portal goes live. If you hold a booster box NFT, you will be able to burn it and claim your physical cards. Redemption will remain open until September 2nd at 1 PM ET. After that, redemption closes permanently. Any unburned booster box NFTs will remain on-chain as collectibles, but will no longer be redeemable for physical cards. The portal is also where we start building the distribution network for Fuzzycards. Fuzzybear and Raebyzzuf holders will have access to a holders-only distribution program. Find a card shop in your city. Introduce them to Fuzzycards. When they are ready to place an order, submit the store and order through the portal. From there, we take over. We contact the store and handle payment, production, fulfilment, and shipping. The store gets dealer pricing, and the holder who brings the order in receives 15% of the order value. The technology is simple. The idea is bigger. We have one of the strongest communities in crypto. Now we’re giving that community a way to open doors for Fuzzy in the physical world. Our goal is simple: Fuzzycards should eventually be available, played and collected everywhere in the world. We believe the best way to get there is together. At the same time, the official Fuzzycards webshop goes live. For the first time, anyone can buy Fuzzycards directly from us, with or without an NFT. The webshop gives everyone a way into Fuzzy. The portal gives our community a way to help take it everywhere. As Fuzzy moves further into the physical world, there is one more part of this expansion we want to make clear. Fuzzy started on-chain and anonymous. That worked. But production, international shipping, retail, grading and trademarks require a legal entity that can stand behind the brand. A real trading card game needs a publisher. Fuzzy didn’t come from the traditional trading card industry. It came from the XRPL. So we chose a publisher that understands both worlds - the physical one we’re entering and the on-chain one we’re coming from. XPUNKS has been part of the XRPL for four years - a known and trusted name with relationships across the ecosystem and beyond. Starting Thursday, XPUNKS GmbH, a Swiss company registered in Zug, is the publisher of Fuzzycards. XPUNKS is the first name we’re bringing into Fuzzy’s world. It will not be the last. More is already in motion and you will hear each one from us when it is ready, not before. And there is one more thing. On the 589th day of Fuzzy’s existence, we will release a very special Fuzzycard drop. It will be available for 24 hours only. Part of the drop will be tokenized on-chain. Part will be available through the webshop. Holders will get first access to the tokenized version, which can be traded on the secondary market immediately. When the first cards landed, we said every Fuzzy NFT holder would have a way to participate in what comes next. Here is what that means. Fuzzybear and Raebyzzuf holders will soon have access to a holder portal. If you know a local card shop, game store, or retailer that should carry Fuzzycards, you introduce us. You submit the store through the portal. From there, we take over. We contact the store, verify the order, handle payment, production, fulfillment and shipping. You simply follow the progress through the portal and earn a commission on every order you bring in. Instead of hiring a sales team, we’re building one of the largest in the TCG industry together with you. This community already carries Fuzzy further than any marketing campaign ever could. This program doesn’t replace what you’ve already been doing. It rewards it. And this is only one piece of what comes next. A trading card game lives on continuous content. The Genesis collection is only the start. Also the most scarce. Booster bundle redemption opens in roughly a month.
