I am far from the first to say it but this era of software is incredible. When has it ever been possible to make your own tools just by talking?
Don't want to pay for Calendly or Cal pro features? Make your own meeting scheduler in 5 minutes
Unable to open specific audio files in vsc and can't find an extension? Make it yourself and publish in another 5 minutes
All on the side, while doing other work

Managed to win the SF Claude fable 5.1 hackathon a couple weeks back with this
I feel like iPhone Duo is a step back for liquid glass. Liquid glass was meant to break away from static nav bars, and put buttons on top of the content.
From the previews, Duo looks to be reverting back to a nav bar, just on the side, with liquid glass buttons over only blank space (no content).
Got to see the silly and cool robots at @fdotinc!
Rumor has it that Anthropic found a way to give everyone in SF free AC. They plan to announce it at their IPO, and hope that no competitor does it before them
Incredible project showcase at the Claude Community Science demo night! It’s crazy seeing AI come to life in the real world, automating days worth of tedious tasks for teams
Big shoutout to @seanjungbluth and Humanmade for hosting!

Has anyone been feeling frustrated at git when using agents in parallel? Lately I’ve been tinkering with a new version control made from scratch in Rust: hav ("Human Agent Versioning"). It’s designed for how we code now: humans and multiple agents editing files at the same time, sometimes on work that has to stay private until it ships.
Inspired by some of @theo's videos about alternatives to git + my own pain points, three motivating factors:
1. Why do worktrees take branches hostage?
2. Why are env files not in the repo? Why does all work need to be public?
3. Why is there so much to "committing"? Why do I need a staging area, a stash, and an amend just to save my work?

In Git, if you have access to the repo you have access to everything. People use AI to scan open PRs for potential zero days. Hav takes a different approach.
Two mechanisms:
1. Crews
Crews can “seal” and hide whole lines of work inside a shared repo. A crew is a set of people identified by public keys; buoys under “private-<slug>/” are encrypted so only members can read them. Non-members see that the crew exists and nothing else. The canonical use case is security fixes: develop a CVE patch in the shared repo with CI-able history, invisible to everyone else, then publish it with an explicit “tie --reveal”.
2. Variant sets
Variants hide individual files, like a team's .env, inside otherwise-public history. A path can have one sealed variant per crew and one public variant. “hav crew use ops-team” switches your workspace to see and edit that crew's version of the file; “hav seal .env” encrypts it; “hav unseal” publishes it. The ciphertext travels through push, pull, and clone like anything else, with the key being the gate.
There is much more to hav than what can fit on twitter. Try it out and message me with any feedback, would love to know any recommendations on how to improve. Still in beta, a lot of work to be done! Check out the docs at docs.hav.dev
