Listen all of this AI is bad but there’s something particularly sinister about chat GPT, and it’s how agreeable it is with you. I don’t think AI should be giving medical advice but I think it’s deeper than that, you can get it to agree with anything you want, it’s hard coded to please you but the problem is people don’t treat it like an assistant they have power over, they treat it as an all knowing God. It’s like having a kid and just doing anything that makes them happy, “oh you want to touch the hot stove that’s a great idea buddy you’re smart. You have such great ideas” “No I don’t want to anymore” “You’re so right that is totally the right call”
