Same prompt, one shot, no retries. Kimi K3 made GPT-5.6 look expensive AND worse at the same time. The challenge, build a voxel soccer player who dribbles past defenders and buries an epic goal, blocky style, dynamic camera, smooth motion, big celebration, pure html js css. One prompt, zero edits, side by side. Kimi K3 shipped the smoother animation and the cleaner motion, the goal actually reads like a highlight, and it cost around $0.04. GPT-5.6 Sol High got there too, but stiffer, weaker, and at roughly 5 to 10 times the price. Better output for a fraction of the cost is not a small win, it's the whole game. The blocky kid scored on both models. Only one of them made it look easy. Who are you picking?
