@Hilton, I stayed at DoubleTree Reading, PA and got parking ticket for the hotel garage despite parking listed as complimentary. The hotel replied May 30 saying they'd contact the Parking Auth to clear it, but it still shows as due and is in collections. Can someone help escalate
