They cannot shift harder to sell players like Beto, Patterson to make additional SCR headroom
Their solution? Sell the best young player at Everton for way below market value to a club that should be selling to us but are smarter at every level

Imagine if a candidate of any other party was found to have deleted an account with so many disgustingly offensive posts. I suspect we will hear very little of this as the Double Standards Squad continue to ply their trade to the benefit of the 5 million pound man

It’s hilarious that Everton and Forest are actually getting stick from some quarters about what in all likelihood is just putting their objections officially on the record, realistically it will achieve very little.
Fans need to stop allowing tribalism to get in the way of acknowledging what’s right and wrong, blatant and admitted cheating shouldn’t receive less of a punishment than accounting errors.
Nottingham Forest are considering launching a formal complaint to the Premier League over the punishment given out to Chelsea over undisclosed payments.
Chelsea were fined £10.75m and also handed a suspended transfer ban last week after reporting that £47.5m of hidden payments to agents and players were made over a seven‑year period.
Many within football regarded the punishment as being lenient, with the west London club avoiding any sporting sanction.

At some point, senior Premier League execs have to offer a proper explanation in public for their leniency towards Chelsea. They owe an explanation to fans of clubs punished more harshly. They owe an explanation to those clubs who did abide by the rules. They have to offer some explanation as to why PSR breaches are deemed far more serious than acts of "deception and concealment". Yes, these are the offences of a previous regime at Chelsea. But inconsistencies run through the PL's defence and their reputation is damaged. They can’t hide from a controversy of this magnitude.

Don’t forget the PL said Everton should have foresaw Russia invading Ukraine. They refused any mitigation.

By the way if I'm Newcastle now I'm lashing a £bn in this window and coming back with Mbappe, Pedri, Gavi, Bellingham, Rafeal Leao, Yann Sommer, Dembele and Vitinha. Fuck it, your only gonna get a fine anyway, might aswell take the piss like Chelsea and City have done for decades
