He came back from a tornado rotator cuff and two consecutive seasons of torn Achilles. Just football 🤷🏿‍♂️
No matter how well Watson plays, he will not, and should not win Comeback Player of the Year. You don't 'comeback' from being a creep & predator. Patrick Mahomes, Jayden Daniels, Malik Nabers all likelier candidates than Watson.

It's a big day leading for Jeffrey Simmons and company!
Cleveland has allowed a league-high 24 sacks, 13 of them in the last two games. Our Browns-Titans read hangs on it: Tennessee's pass rush vs the league's worst protection, missing both interior starters. @geneclemons, what does the film say? predictionmarketspicks.com/n…

Except when the costs go down, the rent stays up. There's no perfect way, just have to make it easier to own for normal people.
APOLOGIES IN ADVANCE TO ANY TENANTS READING THIS, BUT I’M NOT STAYING QUIET. I’ve housed you for four years at $1,750 a month. You’ve never been late. You’ve never trashed it. You’ve been a solid tenant. Then I sent the renewal: rent’s going up $275. YES. You’ve paid me almost $84,000 over four years. That money covered the mortgage (which I’m still on the hook for if anything goes wrong), property taxes that keep rising, insurance premiums that have jumped hard, maintenance and repairs that cost more every year, and all the other costs of keeping the place habitable and legal. The equity and any portfolio growth come from the capital I put in, the risk I took, and the fact that I own the asset, not from the rent check itself. You’re the one writing the check every month for the right to live there. At the end of it, you own nothing because you didn’t buy it, finance it, or take on the ownership risks. I did. If the roof fails, the HVAC dies, a pipe bursts, taxes go up again, insurance spikes, or you leave and it sits vacant, that’s on me. A $275 increase isn’t “because the market lets me.” It’s because the costs of providing the housing have gone up, insurance, taxes, labor, materials, compliance. Recent data shows typical homeowners paying ~$1,380 a month just in maintenance, taxes, and insurance on top of the mortgage, with insurance up sharply over the last several years. Apartment owners have been keeping only about 11 cents of every rent dollar after debt service, operations, taxes, and the rest. Expenses have often risen faster than rents. Stop treating landlords like a free housing subscription that never has rising costs. The rent pays for the use of the property and the service of ownership. The equity belongs to the person who bought it and bears the risk. If you want a version where some of the money eventually becomes yours, buy your own home.

So they have opened up the entire playbook for JJ McCarthy. This is the was the offense was built to run. #NYGiants content creators all better pray that the run game is infinitely better. You will be firing up your burner accounts for sure this week if not.

Alexander Volkanovski has to be discussed with the GOAT's. I'm not sure I can put anyone other than Jon Jones above him. I know I'm a prisoner of the moment and I may walk it back but what he is doing at #UFC333 w/ legit drug testing is amazing! Put the 🐐's in the chat!

Football 101 #NYGiants: RPO (Run Pass Option) is designed to give the QB the option to hand off on the run play or throw a pass if a read key indicates it's open. It doesn't require an athletic QB and an athletic QB does not improve effectiveness. A better run game does that.

Interestingly enough, I would use the exact same gameplan as I would for Winston. Quick passes short to neutralize the pass rush for Houston. Off-tackle gap scheme run game. Built in "shots" where we do not worry if it is a turnover. McCarthy scrambling is the weapon.
If you were coach, what game plan would you give for J.J. McCarthy to be successful against the Houston Texans? 🤔 #bigblue

We dissected the lack of real midterm “toss-ups” in prediction markets in the latest post, too. Bonus — a Wisconsin candidate we thought was a biker is really a nurse! the7oracles.beehiiv.com/p/is…
